DPE have successfully redesigned and engineered a number of OEM parts in the FMCG sector, particularly in the tea bag manufacturing arena and have been instrumental in reducing spares / replacement part costs versus OEM parts, whilst improving output for the client. We have achieved success where other have failed in manufacturing Sealing dies and dosing systems to accommodate plastic free tissue. We hold an extensive range of spares to replace OEM parts and costs are typically 30% of the OEM spares cost.
